Here’s what to expect when working with Smith & Co., from the initial consultation through installation and final handoff. From initial concepts to final details, the process is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to each project.
Design Brief Establish project scope, budget, and overall vision. Site conditions, lifestyle, climate, hardiness zone, and appropriate native plant selections inform the design direction.
Concept Ideation Explore design possibilities through concept sketches and 3D renderings. Each concept is developed with the project scope and budget in mind.
Final Design Review Refine the selected concept through revisions and detailed design decisions. A final, itemized project estimate is prepared for approval.
Installation & Styling The approved design comes to life through coordinated installation. Smith & Co. oversees materials, deliveries, installation, planting, and the final styling of the space.
Final Walkthrough Review the completed landscape design and finalize a maintenance plan tailored for long-term plant health and care.
